Todd Bauerle (“we”) respects your privacy. This site collects only what it needs to answer your messages and fulfill your orders.
What we collect
- Contact & form data: name, email, phone, and message content you submit through the contact, review, signed-copy, or sample-chapter forms.
- Order data: shipping address and order details you provide at checkout.
- Basic technical data: your browser stores your shopping cart locally on your device. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
To reply to you, send requested sample chapters, process and ship orders, deliver digital books, and — only if you opt in — send occasional news about new books. Payment is handled by a third-party processor (e.g. Stripe or PayPal); card details are entered on their secure systems, never stored by us.
Sharing
We share data only with services needed to run the store (form/email delivery, payment processing, shipping carriers). We never sell your information.
