Returns / Refund Policy

Printed books
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged copy.
Unopened printed books in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the item price (return postage is the buyer’s responsibility).
Signed & personalized copies
Because they are inscribed to you, personalized copies can only be refunded or replaced if they arrive damaged or the inscription differs from what was confirmed.
Digital books & audiobooks
Digital sales are final once the download link has been delivered. If you have trouble downloading or the file is faulty, contact us and we’ll fix it promptly.
How to start a return or claim
Email todd@bauerlefinancial.com with your order reference and a photo if the item is damaged. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
