Shipping Policy

Where we ship
United States and international. Digital books (e-book, audiobook) are delivered by email and require no shipping.
Processing time
Printed books are packed and shipped within 2 business days of cleared payment. Signed copies personalized to a name are typically shipped within 5–7 business days.
Rates & delivery estimates
- USA Standard: flat rate, 5–8 business days. Free on orders over the threshold shown at checkout.
- USA Priority: flat rate, 2–3 business days.
- International: flat rate, 10–21 business days. Import duties/taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
Rates and thresholds are set by the site administrator and shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking & problems
You’ll receive tracking by email when your order ships. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact todd@bauerlefinancial.com within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
